Leaders in the agricultural industry, as well as the top Midwest specialty grains processors, suppliers and producers will be in attendance at this event. On the trade show floor, exhibitors will have available a wide-variety of product samples for buyers to examine. The 2004 Specialty Grains Conference & Trade Show will be the ultimate networking opportunity for direct communication and coordination with important players in the upper midwest specialty grains industry.
In addition to activities on the trade show floor, the conference will include seminars on a variety of topics that should be of interest to both buyers and sellers. Some topics will include: Identity-Preserved & Organic (IP) certification and standards, an introduction to our region’s products, quality and capabilities, future development of IP products and technology, developing new marketing channels for supplier, potential for specialty grains in emerging markets, direct procurement options for buyers and inter modal transportation issues and developments.
