The sixth annual 2009 Midwest Specialty Grains Conference and Trade Show is hosted by the Midwest Shippers Association, a regional cooperative trade association made up of growers, handlers, processors and export traders of Upper Midwest U.S. identity preserved (IP) specialty grains and traditional value-added grains for export for food and feed uses.
